Beaufort UK obtained full planning permission to construct a side and rear extension, outhouse and fully refurbished the house to a high class finish.

The first stage was construction work, which involved building an extension to the front and rear of the property, as well as an outhouse situated in the rear garden.

Second stage was installation of new uPVC windows and doors on the extensions and outhouse, as well as new roofing on the outhouse.

The third and final stage was a full renovation of the house and outhouse. Renovation work included full re-wiring, plastering, ceiling, rooflights, new central heating with under floor heating and new modern style radiators, changing all electrical socket points and light switches, kitchen installation, bathroom tiling, bath, sink and toilet installation, new flooring throughout the house extension and outhouse, new internal doors/handles and lighting installation including ceilings, kitchen cupboards and staircase.
