Beaufort UK obtained full planning permission to take down an existing outhouse and rebuild a new larger outhouse situated at Parkfield Road, Ickenham Uxbridge. The new structure was built from treated timber with a concrete foundation.

The outhouse was fully insulated for all weather condition with new uPVC windows and doors, new wooden flooring, fully wired with electric points, ceiling lights and finished with gravel and concrete slabs around the outhouse. External lights were installed for night time access.
