Beaufort UK obtained planning permission to build a large 2 floor 4 bedroom bungalow in Wraysbury, Staines. The first stage involved initial planning and consultation with the client to discuss the build requirements.

The second stage was to work with our team of architects, structural engineers, builders and surveyors to create indicative designs and working drawings. Upon approval by both the client and the building regulators, we began the groundwork and building construction. After completion of the building structure and roof work, we began the third and final stage of the development process which was to refurbish the entire inner building.

Refurbishment involved wiring, plastering, ceiling, rooflights, new central heating with under floor heating and new modern style radiators, new electrical socket points and light switches, new external uPVC windows and doors, drainage and plumbing, staircase build and installation, kitchen installation, bathroom tiling, bath, sink and toilet installation, new flooring (marble and wooden), new internal doors/handles and lighting installation.
